THE STAFF HERE IS SO AWESOME!! WHEN I HAVE ROUGH TIMES..THEY ARE ALWAYS UNDERSTANDING AND HELP ME GET THROUGH IT!! I LOVE THIS PLACE AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SINCE I BEEN HERE!!

I find that very hard to believe. When I turned in my rent check 1 day late they already filed an eviction notice. These apartments are a joke. I have never been late with rent at this complex. They claimed they mailed a certified letter stating they would not accept my check as a rent payment since it was late and they never called my phone to inform me of that. The letter they sent was sent to the office and again they never called or let me know there was a letter there for me. Also after I informed them I was never notified of the late check or anything they charged me an extra $150. I would also like to point out that this complex as a deal with its tenants that if you leave a positive review they will knock $20 off the rent for the month so there are alot of views stating this is a great place that is just because people want to save money. DO NOT RENT AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
