This place is awful. Skeezy management, virtually no security, everything stinks to high heaven, roaches, leaky roofs, people defacating/urinating/living in the laundry rooms, bums knocking on your door, my roommate's car was stolen twice and still security was never improved, laundry rooms always broken, nothing ever gets fixed. Do yourself a favor, avoid dealing with the lowest level of human beings who run this --------, they are unconscionable and you will regret the day you ever signed a lease with this place. Also, they rip you off and give different deals to different people, advertising rates so low that non-students with sketchy agendas end up moving in. I have to do my part by urging you NOT TO EVER live here.
