The place is falling apart, management will nickel and dime you for anything. Even if your room is in the same condition as you leave, they will charge you for new desks, chairs, paintings and new carpet. When questioned about the charges, management will cover up the fact, and will not answer any questions, or if they do, will lead you around in circles.
If you do not mind losing a $200 deposit and you're desperate, then move in. It's loud, dirty, management is very unhelpful, the air conditioning is very, very poor. There are no DSL internet hookups in the room, very small pool and the mail boxes (which are a 3 blocks away) are always broken into. Cars are repeatedly broken into, no security and extremely small rooms and shared cramped bathrooms. Make sure to watch your clothes carefully in the small laundrymat on site, there are clothes thiefs that inhabit the place like roaches.

Nice try "management." So, you got your deposit back in full and decided to check out apartment ratings for the apartments that you just moved out of? Stop trying to fluff up the measly ratings here.
