This complex opened up while I was living in the complex accross the street in 2005. Our apartment faced The Exchange. There were coutless of police called every weekend and we ALWAYS heard screaming - not drunk screaming - horror screaming coming from that complex! There were always people running into the desert and accross the street whenever the police showed up to break up a party. And the helicopter woke us up almost every night, shining on that damn place! There were always drunk girls walking around at 2am - in the middle of the street - towards University House, which is down the street. Pretty stupid seeing as how there were 3 rapings in ONE month over at THAT complex!
