Yo!

The apartments seem quite nice when you come and look at them during the weekdays. However on the weekends this place turns into a madhouse. Every weekend there is constantly parties in the parking lot, police arresting people, police helicopters, people running around with guns, etc. constantly would i wake up in the middle of the night to see people all bloody fighting in front of my window. Safety was a serious concern as people were constantly stealing from apartments. After the weekend parties the complex was always trashed with beer cans and looks disgusting. The pool was open for probably two months out of the year since they always had to close it due to broken glass from the parties. The management is worthless since they just want your money and is run completly by students. Overall it is impossible to ever get any sleep and is a horrible place to live.
