After living there for a year I could not have been happier. The apartments are very luxurious and affordable and even better, clean. The management have always been helpful, I don't know why the other reviews about the staff were of poor rating but I have always had great service (they are all extremely hot guys too, especially the tall leasing agent!) The property manager and assistant manager are always out trying to make the community better and have always been helpful. If I didn't graduate and move away I would have renewed my lease (and requested to live next to the tall guy ;) )

I totally agree, the guys are soo hot in the office...too bad the tall one left, I think he moved to LA or something. The property manager and assistant are soo nice HOTTTTT, I don't know their names but they always smile and go out of their way to get anything you need....soo hott, especially the muscular one and Asian (yes....me does love you long time! Stop it...soo naughty! I renewed my lease for next year just because of their helpfullness and charm...the only complaint I have (besides the hottest one leaving the staff) is that the property manager is leaving...he is soo hott, I love big, steroid filled muscles!

I think the only important thing about any apartment complex is how hot the staff members are. Over-priced rooms? Shootings? Poor construction? Bah! None of these topics even have a chance to factor into an apartment rating if the office staff is hot. As long as my hidden web-cam keeps working at The Exchange office and I have real meat to look at, I'll always renew my lease at the Exchange, regardless of how many drug-related shootings occur here each month.

You must be joking, that place was a -------- full of thieves and potheads. Two months of it were enough for me...
