I have lived here for one year and have seen
this complex go down hill. The new manager is very unprofessional and rude. I always see
her outside smoking with her staff. They never answer the phone,I have to walk down to the office to put in a request for repairs. It is very obvious that she doesn't care about the residents. I was in the office the other day and heard her use profanity while on the phone. I am so
disappointed with the management company,I can't believe they hired her.
