We liked our apartment. The electricity was high because the apartement wasn't well insulated, but the veiw was spectacular and we never had a problem with the maintenance. It wasn't until we moved out that the problems started.
The company that owns the apartments are all about sticking it to you. We weren't allowed to be there for the final inspection (HUH') and we recieved a bill for $900 30 days after they told us we were fine and didn't owe anything. 3 months after we got the $900 straightened out (we didn't owe it) we recieve a bill from a collection agency telling us we owe them $40. When I called the office, I was told it's standard and when I asked why they never sent us a bill before it went to the collection agency, she said we should have just known. Then she said $40 won't really damage your credit. (idiot)
Other than the shady business practices, I suppose it's OK.

When I complain I try to look like I have some smarts, but when you insult someone, do we need to be name calling? I say grow up! And pay your dues!!

Sounds like the last post was from someone who works for the complex. Either that or things must be different in Arizona. If I am told I owe nothing I don't expect to be billed later by a collection agency. Maybe I don't want to move here. Was thinking about it.
