I was reading over the comments and I wanted to make my own comment on The Greens. I have been a resident over two years and I have loved it. It is sad that it is going condo but I have shop around and it is happening to alot of apartments in Tucson. The landscaping is beautiful and I realize that crew must get in early to stay on top of their job speciality with the hot weather. I have seen tarantulas and scorpians but we live near the mountain. What would anyone expect from living with great views' But I keep my apartment sprayed and my entry way clean like the staff suggested and I have never had a problem in my apartment. I guess you will complaint about the wildlife next. As far as the office staff goes I have never had any problems with any of the staff here. My workorders on my apartment have always been done in 24 hours. The ladies have always been real nice to me when I pick-up my packages. Plus if you look @ the bottom of your lease you will see the Management company name and phone number. It sounds like to me that you are unhappy with the apartments going condo. But who would be''' But The Greens is a beautiful place to call home.
