I recently moved here from Las Vegas, Nevada. I was somewhat skeptical because I was coming from a really nice condo with all the perks and I was giving up my washer and dryer and had not had to use a luandry room for 12 years. I have been pleasantly surprised. My apartment (2x2 with a den) was extremely clean, had new carpet, vinyl and countertops and I have never seen a bug in the apartment or outside my apartment. The grounds are kept spotless and even though I live on the first floor I have not heard anything from my neighbors. The laundy facility has all new equipmnet and I am saving a ton of money using this instead of burning up the power in my apartment. I elected this community to enable me to save money to buy my own place and I am very satisfied. I heartily recommend you give them a try.
