PEOPLE TAKE YOUR LAUNDRY OUT OF THE DRYER AND DRY THEIRS AND LEAVE YOURS ON THE TABLES WET. AS IF THE DIRTY TABLES ARENT BAD ENOUGH. POOL GATES ARE BROKE MOST OF THE TIME. OFFICE DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYONE OR THEIR KIDS. CALL TUCSON POLICE DEPARTMENT, IF YOU NEED TO HEAR THE TRUTH. WE SAW STABBINGS, HEARD GUN FIRE, POLICE HELICOPTERS EVERY NIGHT. BACONYS FALLING IN, HORRIBLE MOLD, AND MUSTY SMELLS. A LOT OF PEOPLE SICK AND DYING. BABIES DIED AS WELL AS THE OLD. DO NOT RISK IT.

THAT IS TOTAL BULL! I'VE LIVED HERE AT EASTSIDE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND SURE THINGS HAPPEN BUT IT'S JUST AS MUCH AS EVERYWHERE ELSE. YOUR TALKING CRAP ABOUT THE PROPERTY BECAUSE YOU PROBABLY DONT PAY YOUR RENT AND THATS WHY BERNICE, IRMA, AND LEAH TREAT YOU LIKE ----, BECAUSE THOSE GIRLS HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT GREAT TO ME AND MY FAMILY. THEY CANT MAKE THE PARENTS HERE BE GOOD PARENTS AND WATCH THERE KIDS, AND UNLESS WE DO OUR PART AND REPORT THE BAD APPLES OF THE PROPERTY (LIKE I HAVE SEVERAL TIMES AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF) THEY DONT KNOW WHO IS DOING WRONG. I lived at eastside in 2000, There is alot of crime there, but its a big place and the manager is overweight so i understand why its hard for her to get off her fat butt to realize it, I noticed that the person of 10yrs didnt comment on the babies dying from mold, if u dont belive it check the internet,

I???ve got to agree with the bad comments posted on this website. I???ve lived at overlook pantano for over two years and I???ve had nothing but trouble. There has been lots of drug activity and shootings. The people who work in the office are very rude and ignorant. They have employed illegal aliens in the past and I wouldn???t be surprised if they still do. There are some reports specifically about these apartments listed below from other websites.. There???s a story in my local area that hasn???t gotten enough media coverage to highlight that innocent people are being trampled over by a big corporation. It???s just not fair for the victims. They fail to fix anything broken. They harass the residents by enforcing ridiculous policies and insist that it???s legal because we all are under contract. I suppose that also means that if they were breaking the law then it would be okay because their leases state that they can do so. They have in the past employed illegal immigrants and possibly still do. You know most people would simply suggest why don???t you just move out and my response to them is that I???m tired of moving out. The fact is that my family cannot afford a house and almost all other apartments I???ve lived in are nearly as bad. They get away with it because their clients are poor low-income people and they are backed by big companies. I served my country in support of the Afgan and Iraqi war and now I am unemployed due to layoffs. I should not have to move nor am I sure that I can gather the resources to move. Apartments today have too much power. They make you waive many of your rights by having you sign leases and other agreements. Renters have no alternatives. Although there are many other bad apartments out there Overlook Pantano are some of the worst apartments I???ve ever lived in. I wish there was someone who could be held accountable for the way they force people to live. The people who work for Overlook are very rude. Their maintenance staff is almost all incompetent. The management group that manages the apartment???s website is http://www.netwasatch.com/corporate/contact.aspx I cannot find any information on how to contact the actual owners of the apartments. I???m sure that they are both unaware and unconcerned about our plight. I think that a story such as this one will interest your viewers since many people are forced to live in apartments throughout the U.S. and therefore are forced to play by the apartments rules, regardless of how unfair those rules might be.
