My sister has lived here for YEARS and even though I d heard a lot of bad things about this place I d never really seen anything happen. When I relocated back to Tucson recently, to be honest they gave me the best deal for my money.
The staff was friendly, my apartment was not only clean when I moved in but I had brand new carpet and tile. Any multi-family dwelling where there s no control on how people live is going to have pests, but the complex will provide free pest control. When I ask them to fix something, sometimes maintenance beats me back to my apartment they are there so fast.
It s not noisy, but I guess that depends on where you live. My neighbors are respectful, and I am the neighbor that I d like to live next to. They keep the grounds clean and the trees trimmed and leaves raked up. They even pick up my neighbor s cigarette butts. They blow and power wash the walkways, and do their best to keep the place looking nice.
I would recommend it to anyone who s looking for a decent place to stay for a decent amount.
