I'm not going to lie. This isn't the best most perfect place ever but it's pretty decent. My roommates and I have been looking for an apartment for awhile, and this place had a pretty good deal for a 2 bed/2 bath and a 3 bed/2 bath as well. We had looked at all the reviews and even one of the apartments that we had visited before told us that it was a "drug infested, gangsters, trouble making" place. We checked it out anyways not expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. The apartments were clean, and they had several selections for us.

We moved in immediately (got a third floor apartment) and so far it's pretty damn good. The neighbors are nice people (they say hi you say hi) everyone minds their own business. There's an abundance of kids but they're not too bad either. They got new laundry machines coming in and they keep the apartments clean overall (raking, scrubbing the steps and everything!) Parking isn't bad, they have reserved spots if you want one, but there's lots of extras. Beware of those skater kids in the parking lot though. If you have to hit one then go for it. They're just a bunch of deviants anyway. :) If they don't move then run over one of their skateboards! (I'm a horrible person but hey, they probably deserve it right')

BTW the staff are NICE. When we got there, the guy Kris that showed us around was great (he disappeared though which is highly suspicious), the manager is friendly (but she never did mention what happened to Kris!) and overall it's between decent and good. :( Beware of one of the pools. The kids like to play in it a lot so the management is currently getting it treated (haha ew).

(Note: sometimes they have cookies in the office, so it's good to drop by and say hi and snatch a couple :) and no there aren't any roaches where I'm living in (thank god) cus I have a phobia of bugs) Lesson here is don't judge an apartment so fast. Take a look at it first and make your own decision!
