i've lived here for 2 years. i couldn't resist the price of these fully furnished apartments but the price has gone up adn the management is terrible. (plus, if you have a roomate you can get a much larger apartment for a lower cost.)
i lived in 2 different apartments in this complex, both which had scorpions at one point. i found a scorpion 10 days ago and they still haven't come to spray despite promising to do so.
the exercise room had equipment broken for OVER A YEAR. out of the 6 pieces of aerobic equipment, 4 were broken for several months. some have since been fixed but not all.
there is always trash around the complex adn broken glass on the roads and tennis court. (i tried asking them to come clean the glass on the tennis court several times and it never got done.)
my neighbors car has been broken into, tires slashed, and keyed. his apartment was also broken into. there is usually a police car at the front of the complex but i rarely see them moving from their parked spot.
some maintenance complaints (clogged drain) have taken several calls to the office to fix.
equipment in the computer room has also been broken and i don't even try to use it anymore.
noise level is terrible...i can hear the person talking in the apartment next to me and above me. i've woken up in the middle of night several times because of this.
i would NOT recommend this complex to anyone.
