many cons and cons

I have rented in this place for two years, and honestly can not wait to move. For the most part it is not horrible, the back side at least is quite. However, their amenities are very limited. After hours hope you know how to work everything and have you own stuff, otherwise you're SOL. The clubhouse has been dishonestly changed from 24 hours, to midnight. Just like Cinderella's hour to go home to mommy. Oh yeah, and don't order anything to be shipped to you. They don;t know their numbers or letters, and will loose your package for weeks. This happened on multiple occations. Office staff is very lazy.
The shuttle service is very bad. Approx 40 college bound kids try and cram onto a 16 passanger shuttle, and stand like that for 20 min of hell. The mainenance people are pigs as well. They will stare at the girls at the pool, and I even caught them gauking at my girlfriend. They enter your place past the time limits that they said they would( air filter changes, and only some people are allowed pets. Not to mention, occationally some of them come to work hung over or like a human ash tray, which is really reassureing on that 20min bus ride. Oh, and hope you like parking with a brisk walk home everynight, the partier's take up all available parking, that is unless you want a tire boot.
This place can be out done by many others in town, don't get sucked in.
