BEWARE!!!!!

This is the worst apartment complex I've ever had the misfortune to live in. The apartments look decent enough, so how is the place leased at such a great price' The materials used for construction are cheap, the walls are thin (I could hear the neighbors walking around), the furniture is crap, the plumbing is a joke (hot water is a commodity here and never seems to come through the faucet), and maintenance doesn't give a ****. Not to mention the prison feel you get at Star Ranch with the cops there EVERY single night. No joke, management people hired TPD as their security. While this may make it the safest place in Tucson, you can't even sit out on your porch and have a beer without getting harassed by officer Pena or one of his stooges. I was hanging out BBQing with some friends and we were harassed for 30 minutes with cops asking for IDs. We were all 21 yet the cops didn't even apologize, they told us to go inside (-------) and went to bother some other poor people. The jacuzzi broke for about 2 months in the beginning of the year, apparently no one cared enough to fix it. I complained about 3 times with management giving me B.S. excuses and just trying to get rid of me. Angie Pena, the manager, is a fat cow, she has serious problems when dealing with her residents. Everyone I've spoken to hates her, she seems to have such a magnetic personality! DO NOT SEND PACKAGES HERE IF YOU ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO SIGN A LEASE! There is a clause saying they are not responsible for packages. I had a cell phone sent to me and checked the progress online with a tracking number. It showed that a person at the desk named K. Brown signed for my package. They said they never got it, yeah right. K Brown, I hope you like your new cell phone. Avoid this place at all costs. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
