Scammers!!! Watch out, this place will cause you serious problems. From: staranchsucksmyballs@starranchsucks.com Date posted: 6/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Star Ranch has tried to charge me all sorts of money for previous tenants' damage to my unit. Someone else on these reviews said their movie in form was lost, mine too was "lost", which convienently allows them to remodel the entire appartment at my expense. I used their recommended cleaning person, because they said if you use her you won't be charged for cleaning when you move out. I used her and they are still charging me $120 for cleaning. While I was living there, I was taking a shower and the soapdish literally fell from wall and hit my foot. I called them and they came to fix it three times, and it kept falling off. Now they are charging me for that as well. The list goes on and on.
