Watch out for your deposit because once you check out all of these damages appear.
For example they will charge you and your roommates $400 each for living room carpet change, when in fact you can tile the whole place for less money. They would not even replace the carpet but they would rather clean it (an $80 service - max) because when we got back to visit our old appartment it had some of the same stains.
Also the appartment complex is close to some of the ghetto neighborhoods so you better get used to being asked if you want to buy drugs from random people on a frequent basis, and have the community pool used by random people from South Tucson.
Once when I got back home we had a random guy walking through our appartment. We reported the case with management and they seemed to ignore us.
The management is composed by people that are not exactly the brightest around. They confused my account several times, placing my rent on a different account.
Even though it looks nice at first, trust me the complex is not worth your money since it is not safe, has incapable management, and they will always make sure to charge you more for some "little things" (I have never heard of anyone leaving the complex without paying any extra charges).
