From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/31/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Staff does not know what customer service is. They will tell you one thing and the following day call you a lier. Its a scam to live here making money off of students. The show you a room and give you something that is totally different. The maintance is very poor, takes forever, poor follow up, cant seem to get the job done after complaining multiple times. High rate of theft with cars, I know of at least 4 stolen in one semester, management does nothing about it. Seems as if nothing but problems reside here in this ghetto establishment, i hear about gun problems, fights, wild parties and this is all suppose to be scaled down from previous years. Surrounding enviorment of the complex has trash everywhere, grounds are a mess. Id rather live in the dorms next year than pay for this scam again.
