Whatever you do, do not live here!
1. The office staff seems to lose everything from application forms to personal packages.
2. The maintenance staff is random. Sometimes they'll respond the next day and sometimes they won't fix your request at all. In one incident, one of the maintenance guys decided to respond to our request about TWO WEEKS after we submitted it; therefore, since we were not expecting him, I woke up that morning with a RANDOM GUY STANDING IN MY ROOM watching me sleep!
3. The shuttle is frequently undergoing "repairs" or breaks down. When it is running, there are not enough seats so most people end up standing for 20 minutes of torture!
4. When we first moved in, our place was disgusting! It didn't seem as if it had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The carpet was basically black instead of tan, the kitchen and bathrooms had stains, etc.
5. This place has ------ draining. Come prepared with Draino .. and a lot of it!
6. Internet is down at least once a month.
7. The person who designed and constructed these places must've been on crack while doing so! The walls are so thin that I can hear my roommate talk on her phone.. actually, I can pretty much hear everything. The air conditioning is HORRIBLE depending on which side of the apartment you are in. Either your room will be freezing cold or a sauna. My room does not get any air conditioning at ALL. Imagine that during an Arizona summer... yeah I can't wait to move.
8. Do you like crickets, cockroaches, ants, huge spiders, scorpions, and millipedes'''' WELL, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
The pool is nice... when it's actually OPEN or not "UNDERGOING REPAIRS!" But expect to share the pool with random Tucson families!
The parking isn't that bad. Just don't expect to park anywhere near your apt on the nights and weekends.
