Our front door deadbolt is not working and no one has come to fix it in over two months since I put in the maintenance request. The crappy kitchen drawers keep braking. The walls are paper thin. The "tile" in the bathrooms and kitchen still had excess glue all over them. The walls are paper thin. The kid next door always plays loud music late at night. The maintenance people took over a month to remove our couch and chair. The apartment landscaping and parking lot are full of trash. The pool is always dirty and green. The fencing around the b-ball court and pool is rotting and needs paint. The fence around the volleyball court is all bent and vandalized. Our couch was old, dirty, and uncomfortable. The carpet in room B is outside carpet. There are bugs even after they came to spray. The cable was not working for about two weeks when we moved in and it was nearly impossible to get help from the staff to get a cable guy to come out. The internet is extremely slow and stops working after only 500mb of data transfer. The layout of the room door and the bathroom door doesn't allow one to open both at the same time. Our ca is nosy and tried to peak into my apartment when I answered the door. The staff don't seem to be very helpful. This space needs to be much larger probably about 4x as large as the 'what do you like' box.

I lived in a 4x4 last year and I was really really disappointed. Maintenance was TERRIBLE. They took forever to respond and we're very rude. Our apartment was in crappy condition too. Broken sinks, washer/dryer that destroyed all of my roommates clothes on several occasions and a deadbolt lock that Maintenance broke trying to enter our apartment and NEVER fixed. Also, security was horrible, pretty much none existent. We got called on a noise compliant and security never contacted us first they just immediately called the police. Basically, this place is a big big big disappointment. There aren't really any decent places to live in Tucson anyways and The Reserve is definitely not a decent place either.
