I recentely sub leased the apartment and had no problems. I renewed my lease, and all was well, at first. Then my apartment was broken into and 5000 dollars worth of my property was stolen. I filed the report and told the mgmt that i was moving out. They had the nerve to tell me that i was required to find someone to take over my lease or i was going to have to pay the remainder of my lease. I WAS ROBBED and the manager called it a little trouble at my apartment. The screen that was broken still hasnt been replaced and it was a week ago. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT>
