Great Deal for college living

The Seasons has it's cons:
1.
Paper thin walls (know exact time when my neighbors are having sex and when the guy across the pool was playing guitar) had to get ear plugs to do hmwk, because my roommates were loud
2.
Everyone knows the code to the gate
3.
plumbing is not so good aka many clogged drains
....basically problems are minimal
Pros:
1.
great price for college living

great parties
3.
management is chill, as long as you're nice too
4.
amazing pool
5.
great community/network
6.
good size apartments
7.
plenty of parking room
8.
shuttle to take you to school
9.
good neighborhood, close to mall and food places, not many apartment complexes have that...just look at the reserve/starpass
10.
every room has their own bathroom
11.
fast internet
12.
cable included
13.
they look the other way when you have pets aka don't care
