I agree with most of the comments below. Our son moved in here, we made sure the apartment was clean (in fact it was cleaner when he moved out than when he moved in) we took video of before/after. No deposit returned. We too were told it was in the mail-we filed a "Better Business Claim" against them and are looking for other means to take action. We have spoken to many past residents and NONE of them have been given their deposits back.
I contacted the Arizona Attorney General's office and was told to file a Civil Claim. We will be moving forward with that claim. It is not right what goes on here.

Just Some advice, Read up on the landlord tenat act. It states that you can sue for up to twice the amount of the unreturned deposit in damages. They have 14 business days not including national holidays to get the deposit back to you and after that you have every right to take it to court. Good Luck!!
