Don't Be Deceived! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/16/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   When I moved here 2 years ago I thought it was the greatest place since sliced bread. Little did I know...I was witness to a drug raid in the parking lot at 3 in the morning a few months after I moved in (Like 8 undercover cop cars and 20 cops surrounding a car at gunpoint. It was great.) The management claimed no knowledge of the event. Lately we have had an influx of drug dealers and section 8 welfare moms move in near us. It is not uncommon to see a two year old alone in the parking lot at 11pm. None of our new neighbors seem to ever work, they party 'til the wee hours, and their school aged kids don't go to school. We now have a new druglord who lives 2 doors down from us, who has 16 year old girls hanging out on our stairs every night. It is ridiculous. There is no night guard (although they CLAIM there is one), and we have actually seen 3 cars being broken into. There are no management or maintenence personnel living on site, so good luck with afterhour emergencies. This place is going down the pooper, don't fool yourself.
