you decide From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006   I feel that this apartment complex just keeps getting worse. My car has been broken into several times. I can hear normal conversations through the walls. Maintence needs improvement. The police don't come around too much anymore but this area seems to have a lot of police visits in general. I have seen a security guard walking around the complex but the complex is not that safe. There is a wash nearby and that area of the complex is pitch dark. There seems to be too many shady characters living here. And here's the positive. It is close to a lot of shopping centers, the mall and grocery stores. It has two pools one is heated during the winter. It has three laundry rooms. Rent is cheap. The 2 bedroom is really big and I like the layout of it.
