Don't be taken in by the good ratings on this place. I suspect they are fake ratings posted by the management of this place to make it look far, far better than it is. The property looks nice because money is put into landscaping, but the place is old and money has not been put into maintaining plumbing, heating, air conditioning, etc. My air conditioning has broken down 13 times in the 2 and half years since I lived here, and still does not work properly. Furnace failed twice; water heater once. They don't have enough maintainence workers to keep up with problems. Further, the manager and her assistants are incompetent. They don't have good record keeping, lose important information, and then demand that the tenant furnish the paperwork or pay fines, be evicted, etc.
The CRIME rate here is awful. My car was broken into, which is very common. Drug deals go down in the parking lot, and some months back, there was a major shooting incident at a drug party three doors down from me. I couldn't leave the premises because one of the suspects parked their car next to mine in the lot, which made my car part of the crime scene!
In short, in every way--crime, poor maintainence, management harrasssment--this is a terrible place to live. You would be happier and more comfortable living under a bridge.

I am a resident for 2 more months and I will not renew my lease. I agree 100% with the following statements from the review above:

Upon moving into my apartment a closet door was missing, maintenance was supposed to get me a new door, instead I received a fine for "having broken the door or otherwise removed it" and an accusatory voice message from the Manager herself! Maintenace put in a new door from another apartment 3 montha later. No apology when they realized I was in the right.
I have always paid my rent on time, but once the managment "misplaced" my check and sent me an eviction notice! No apology when they found it.
Weekly spraying only keeps the roaches at bay, it's still a problem. I don't invite company over any more.
