I have been at the springs for a while, and although they have had a bad past, the new manager is really cleaning up the place. there is landscaping weekly, in the morning u will always see one of the staff skimming and vacing the pools and spa. i have noticed less and less people lerking around at night. for the people saying management is clueless to the lurking at night, let them know, it will be taken care of. they do an awesome job at takin care of that stuff, the staff seems proud of their property and loves to chat w/ the residents (im in there all the time!)I STRONGLY SUGGEST THE SPRINGS APARTMENTS!!!
