Bad Outweighs Good - Pick Another of HSL Locations

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
Good things - cheap, spacious, relatively safe.
Bad things - Meth heads and drug dealers on back side of apartment, maintenance shoddy and requires multiple requests to get an answer, management is rude and "looses" imperitive paperwork, cheats you out of money, pool is open only every other week due to one of three excuses - either switching service company, missing broken part, or mysterious dirt.
Recommendation: Live at one of the owners' other locations BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
