DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THis place is a nightmare you do NOT want to have. Management says its a crime free complex. However my car and my husbands car have both been broken into on mulitple occacions, the windows smashed and then my husbands car was stolen. Management said "Oh okay, thanks for letting us know" and nothing else was done. The cops even told us we should move because the people we suspected of stealing the car have been recently suspected of a drive by shooting.
The neighbors have LOUD parties that start at 10 PM and go until all hours. When we call the office they say there is no security and we have to call the cops ourselves. The other tenants children run wild, bang on windows, scream, yell, play with footballs and frisbees causeing damage to the property and cars and management does nothing. The apt above us has 7 people living in a ONE room apt and NO ONE speaks english. When we have problems with them being really loud with a set of drums the office says to talk to them ourselves.

The apts are not maintained inside very well at all. Drawers and doors are broken in kitchen and all closets. Windows and door flood when it rains. A/C doesnt work and have NO filter available for use. No fire extinguishers available. Management puts tow stickers on your car if it sits in the same spot for 3 days or more. Even if the car is working and you are out of town, they will have it towed. The Pet rent and deposit is ridiculously high.
The laundry rooms are always dirty, broken and vandalized.
People are allowed to drink in the pool area, play loud music blareing from a side apt and no one does anything.

Overall we did not feel safe or secure living in this horrible complex.

If you love to have trouble move here. If you dont mind loud, messy, inconsiderate criminal neighbors then this is your place!!

I completely agree with this tenant. This complex is full of crime. I have seen a drug deal gone down and it was one of the other residents who did it, I reported it and they still live there. This complex needs serious maintenance and security. BE CAREFUL
