Don't Consider This Complex; You'll Regret It!!!

Take my advice, choose another complex. The staff are unbelievably dishonest. I wasn't told about additional fees until I was in the office signing the lease (admin. fees, water fees, etc). Their #1 priority is to fill apartments, not resident's quality of life. I moved into my apartment with a broken AC. I was assured it would be replaced "quickly". After more than a month, and 3 phone calls, it was replaced. And mind you, it was August/September when I moved in. The heat was unbearable.

I suggest reading the vehicle theft reports published by the City of Tucson and UA Student Housing; they might make your decision easy. There is a back gate that's sometimes never closed, or when it does close, it's 2 or 3 AM. The laundry facilities smell like skunk, and so do your clothes after you W/D. I've also lost a lot of money; they must be a few decades old.

The staff changes every 3 or 4 weeks, which makes it hard when you were told something, or guaranteed something and that staff member has moved on. The apartments are expensive for what you get. They're old and musky. Look elsewhere if you're smart and want to live in a decent community, with neighbors who aren't Section-8, and have 13 kids.

You must be living some where other than the Springs apartments... or YOU didn't read the entire lease and did something that you did NOT READ about and YOU got called on it

Nope, this is the place -- I agree with this person's review as regards the safety issues. I saw drug deals go down on the lawn in the complex, I had parts stolen off my bicycle, and my car was stolen from the front parking lot (there is no security whatsoever there despite it being such a high crime area). And realize -- I only sublet there for TWO months, and I had all this happen in that short period.
