I don't really like it here.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I moved here in the fall of 2007, the girl who roped me into my place told me that it was the nicest apartment on the property and therefore, the outrageous price I pay for the place is justified, I guess' I have seen other properties now, as I have lived here a while, and they all seem exactly the same.
The staff is like, a revolving door, there are constantly new people working here (girl who tricked me into signing a lease on a super expensive place is gone) and they seem pretty apathetic about their jobs. They put passive aggressive notes on my door when they can see string lights through my window but my next door neighbors still have their Christmas lights up.
The noise is becoming unbearable. There truly are ill-behaved children EVERYWHERE on scooters and bikes. Children play RIGHT IN FRONT of my door at 7 AM, they knock on my door and run, once there were children playing a game where they would throw a ball at my front window until I noticed. My neighbors play loud, thumping music at all hours, fight, and constantly have visitors past midnight who loudly bang on their screen door for 20 minutes until someone answers it.
The grounds are pretty and everything seems ok at first but I wouldn't reccommend this place and I am counting down the months til my lease is through.
