I am a former tenant of this property, and let me inform any prospects of the reality of this property. When you are seeking information about the property, the staff memebers are very helpfull and friendly, once you become a tenat you began to see the real thing. Everyone is rude, uncooperative, disorganized and very unprofessional. You arrive at the office and everyone ignores you while they are just lounging and/or personal phone calls, once they acknowledge you, they proceed to let you know they are curretly "busy" and they will be "right with you". I paid my rent on or before the due date and only had two problems with my unit, those two problems became four after everyone failed to attend to them, if I called to ask when it will be taken care of, they just place you on hold and ignore you unil the problem becomes and emergency. There is no communication among the employees at all, if you ask them a simple question they never know the answer to it and just pass the question along as if playing "hot potato" to only end up with NO answer at all and by this time they are rude to you because their lounging is disturbed.
I have rented before and after at other properties and by far this is the worst, it has been this way for years and it is dissipointing to say that most likely it will continue this way.
