I have lived at The Springs Apatments for a year, I just renewed my lease for another year. Within that year I have seen people not picking up after their pets, not picking up after themselves in the laundry room, and using the trash container that is for junk mail used for household trash instead of taking it to the dumpster. I have also seen the managment doing everything they can to keep the appearance of the complex clean by doing the lanscaping, cleaning the pools, and doing the repair orders on time or as soon as possible. I think if all of us would cooperate we would have a better place to live and I am HAPPY to be here another year.
