I am a resident at this property and I am in the process of getting out of my lease due to the unprofessionalism of the office employees and the continous disturbances from other tenants. The office employees will give you errounious information just to get you to sign a lease, once you have, you will regreat it. I tried to give this property a chance but every day it only gets worse. I have spoken to other tenants who share my opinion with this property, sadley they cannot afford to move out so they are stuck for acouple of more months. I contacted the manager numerous of times to inform her of everything going on and how I was literally LIED to, just so I will sign a lease with them. She didn't seem to care and only ignored the issue all together. The rest of the office staff is one of the worst employees I have ever encountered, you can tell they hate their job by the way they interact with the residents and their demenor, always rude, and not helpfull or knowledgeable at all. This property has a disguise, you see one picture in the outside, but when you are in, it is a COMPLETLY different story. I contact the property management company aswell and a really nice and PROFESSIONAL woman who I spoke to, apoligized to me about everything and she even admitted that they have other complaints about the property and its employees which is a reason why they is always different people. I am very aware of the ways this property works, trust me people I went through hell to just get out of my lease and get over this nightmare of property, so I did my research about this property and their opperation(s). I know one of the things they do to PRETEND or COVER UP all their mistakes and unprofessionalism is to post erronious reviews so their property management doesn't give them trouble.
The property I am moving to is one managed by the same company, and they are 100% different than THE SPRINGS, so I know it is not the management company but the management at the property. One of the things I wish I would of done before I moved in THE SPRINGS, was to have came across this website and read all the other reviews from past tenants, it would of helped a lot.
