I've enjoyed my apartment. It's much larger than previous places I've lived paying just ten dollars less. You can't beat the location. You're close to myriad restaurants and shopping destinations, and U of A is just a ten minute shot up 5th street even at 8:00. No, it's not perfect. Some of the staff over my tenure here have not been excited about their jobs. But, they have hired some new people who seem much more engaged. The grounds are nicely kept. Parking can sometimes be a pain, but that's mostly because some residents park carelessly, taking up 2 spaces. All in all, I've had fewer problems at this property than the other locations I've lived in Tucson. And like I said, I just renewed my lease.
