They may advertise an apartment for 905.00 but you will pay 1040.00 plus water and renters insurance.
I am still waiting for any other charges to be added.
They wait for you to be ready to move in before they tell you.

That seems a little ridiculous as their apartments are not that expensive. Plus, renters insurance is not something you actually have to carry. If you went to the apartment before you applied, you would have gotten a sheet that said that you have to pay for water...don't be so dramatic.
