This apartment complex is NOT safe! My car has been egged twice, my laundry has been stolen from the laundry room, the security service drives through only once a night at the same time each night. How is that supposed to deter crime' Where was the security when my car was egged both times' The dumpster area is disgusting and overflowing with trash. There is always music blaring from an apartment or the parking lot, and the office never does anything about it. My apartment's closet doors break every day along with a drawer in the kitchen, all of which I've had maintenance fix but they just put a bandaid on it without actually resolving the problem. The bathtub has to be plunged every day in order for water to drain. The front door doesn't fit properly, so there is a huge gap at the bottom which lets out all of our air conditioning and lets in bugs. There are tons of nicks in the woodwork and drywall that were simply painted over instead of repaired. The appliances are so old I imagine they account for a hefty portion of our electric bill. As I was reorganizing a closet, I found items from the last residents on the very top shelf, so apparently they don't clean the apartment very well for new residents. The staff is decently friendly except for one of the managers, who is terribly rude.
If you like loud rap music, overflowing garbage, rude employees, and apartments that are falling apart, this is the place for you!
