I have lived here for almost 4 years.
It is a quiet, safe environment.
Great for families and singles alike.
The staff here is great!! I have lived in different apartments on the property.
It has all been a very positive experience.
Noise has never been an issue and I am very sensitive to noise.
The grounds are in excellent condition.
Once again, it is a clean, safe and very friendly community.
I have a relative in the military (DMAF) and she has lived at different communities throughout Tucson and considers Estancia "the best in town".
I would not want to live anywhere else.
