Don't be fooled by the curb appeal, I'm here to tell you this place is awful! I moved in right before they were sold to the new management company and believe me, it's been a very steep DOWNWARD slope since then. This company came in with poor management, which didn't put them on the good side with renters to begin with, but then...this place literally started falling apart all around us. Management sunk all of their money into spiffing up a couple of their models, trying to get any sucker with a buck to fall for their scam. Now...they can't afford to fix the BIG PROBLEMS!! Problems that I KNOW FOR A FACT exist in this complex: TERMITES, ROOFING, ROOFING, AND MORE ROOFING,(I'm talking BUCKETS of water in my living room!) POOR INSULATION (to say the least), AND AWFUL MANAGEMENT! And their answer for everything is "oh yeah, we know, we're fixing it". And furthermore, don't be fooled by the perk of living in a gated community, they actually leave the gates open ALL DAY LONG! What a joke! And then when they do decide to close them, they leave a pedestrian gate wide open right in the front of the complex!!! Gee, what a bright idea with all of your perked up models and their fancy upgrades only a window pane away. YEAH RIGHT! I could go on and on about how horrible this place is, but the bottom line is DON'T FALL FOR THE HYPE. It's a great area, and it's a quiet complex, since they did everything they could to get rid of renters, but it's a LEMON!! They can't decide wether they are renting OR selling, if you ask me, they aren't making any money either way. They tried raising the rent in units that haven't even been improved, while the roof is falling in and the termites are eating up the walls. Now, you decide for yourself if that is somewhere you want to live, and more importantly is it something your willing to let a shady mangement company profit off of with little to no effort'''
