Where do I start, the wood is a very nice looking place, however that makes up for all the CRIME that is in that place!!!! THIS PLACE IS NOT CRIME FREE, they will rent to you for the right price, but your neighbor is a convict, or drug dealer.

My opinion is to stay far away as possible, that is if you cherish yous safty and belongings.

mostly your CAR!!!!!!!!! And as for the office staff they are the most lazyest and the most racist people ever, that manager is rude and all of her office pets are just the same.

I agree with you -Anonymous- Everything you said is accurate. Rude and lazy office staff, crime ridden neighborhood (police chases, helicopters flying overhead), dumpster divers. Rude and unfriendly neighbors. This must be what Mexico is like because no one speaks English.
