Quite a few problems when I moved in (broken toilet, broken dryer, noisy neighbors), but the management was extremely friendly and anxious to fix anything that I reported. The rent price is pretty unbeatable, and the location is great! There are lots of families in the complex, which can be a little noisy. There are kids everywhere, but it could be worse.

If I wasn't being transferred, I would have definitely renewed my lease for another year.
