Their Maintenance is slow, It took them 3 and more months to fix things in my apartment that were not small issues. They cant get there finances right so we had to pay even more out of the blue a month after we move in. They get a complaint and point fingers. They do not even investigate the problem. They just go around accusing people of things hoping that the situation will resolve itself. I like the floor plans but, they need to get there ethics and management in order.
