There is a peeping tom considered to be very dangerous preying on young women in this apartment complex. the lack of security in this complex enables this to go on. 3 recent police reports have been made. Management still fails to set up an adequate security system. the parking situation is so dire that I have to walk across the entirety of the complex to reach my apartment. Considering that I am one of these young females who was victimized, i highly recommend driving right past this complex on your search for a new home. Youre better off sleeping in the CDO wash. I feel 100% unsafe. This apartment complex supposedly used to be decent, but has gone all the way downhill and stationed itself in hell. for something on the northwest side of town, it is considerably the most ghetto one around. if you value your life, your childrens life, the life of your visitors, go anywhere but here.

Details:
Middle aged caucasian male, hairy, shoulder length brown scraggly hair. Standed outside my window in complete nude, masturbating while repetedly knocking on my door and window before proceeding to try to crash my window in. There was obvious damage to the window and he has not been caught. I am an 18 year old small female. This was a terrifying and tramatic experience for me and I wish nothing more than this never happen to anyone again. There have been two off the record cases with identical details in this apartment complex. This happened 5/1/08 at 2am.

The management so far have not been attentive to my problem. I have moved the majority of my posessions out of the apartment and am living elsewhere. I am still waiting to find out if i will have to pay the 1000$ to break my lease, or be let out of it free of charge.

I THINK THIS PERSON IS CRAZY!! I am a current resident, and have never heard no such thing.. I feel very safe, lighting is good, and everyone seems to look out for each other. It sounds like this person is just trying to get out of a lease. The apartments are in a great NW side of town and are good for the price on this side of town, Its also very convenient being on the bus line and having so many stores close. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone, IT IS VERY SAFE!!

I think this person needs to chose their friends better....sounds like a relationship gone bad. Stalker or possibly ex-boyfriend?!?! CRIME is everywhere. You can't place blame on the management company. They don't have control over outside visitors to the community. And it sounds like speculation on your part..."off the record cases". Take responsibility for your own safety! It is no one else's responsibility but your own!

I don't care what anyone says. Me and my current roomate were going to look at these apartments tomorrow and thanks to this review it is definitly being crossed our list. As two young (24 yrs)women I really appriciate this review and the heads up. And while safety is your own resposibilty is the crappy cheap apartments who leave completely up to their tenants and don't provide even the most basic security. Once again thank you for this review!

Thank you for sharing this information. The response at the top is an exact duplicate of the resonse to other negative reviews, and I tend to agree with the person who said this is a staff member at the apartments trying to defend the negative ratings on this complex. Thank you to everyone who put up HONEST reviews. I will definitely not be moving here!!
