Could use improvement From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/27/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   This complex has changed staff at least 5 times in the last 3 years. Though there have been 0 improvements, the rent jumped to a point where I can no longer afford to live here by myself (an additional $65.00 / month last year). Still, the maintenance staff is courteous and helpful. Parking has changed from reserved parking to a free-for-all in the last year or so. It makes getting a nice spot difficult if you arrive home late, but at least you don't have to park across the state like some apartments.
