The owners changed hands. Prior to this, they rented to everyone and anyone, criminal or not. Then they sold. The new owners hired 2 Tucson Police Men to patrol the area and they proceeded to enter apartmentw without the knowledge or permission of the tenants. They represent themselves as the property managers in their police uniforms on taxpayers $$$$. The office people are rude and had my truck towed at 3 in the am with no 4 warning for no good reason. IT cost me $300 to get it back. I reported it stolen and the Policemen that has a desk in the main office of his own literaly ripped the police report out of my hand and destroyed it! What a racket, Law suit pending! Do not go here, it is owned and operated now by people that do not even speak enlgish or spanish. I think they are from the middle east and feel they can treat tenants like they are in their old country.

By the way the uniformed police officers are not being payed with taxpayers money. They are off duty officers who are hired by the company to try and keep the community safe. Management pays the officers when they are there on their time. Also office staff is not responsible for towing vehicles at 3am, tow trucks will periodically drive through the community and tow cars that are parked where they shouldn't be. Were you parked in a handicap spot? Probably, because you obviously don't have any clue what you are talking about. You try and work in a line of work where all you here is complaining all day from people like you!

hi-I totally sympathize with you! (see thieving bastards) I knew someone who had a lease under the old management and when the new management came in, the residents thought their cat was outside their door, so they opened the door and found those dirty cops sniffing around. they didn't even knock, they were just lurking waiting for someone to open the door and be freaked out by them. If they were not cops, it would be called stalking and peeping tom!!!!
