The new name for these apartments is called TOSCANA COVE. I have had a problem with roaches for almost 1 year. I find about 1 per day. I continued to put my apartment on the list for pest control, and they typically do not come. The finally just told me a couple weeks ago that they don't know what else to do. The new management is rude and extremely unhelpful. They claim to have covered parking, and they do not. In addition to that, a tree fell on my car during a wind storm because they didn't trim them for over 6 months. This place is a dump. DO NOT MOVE HERE!
