Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This place is a nightmare. Everytime you need to talk to someone in the office, you have to wait ten minutes before you are helped because they are too busy chatting. Unprofessional and not well kept at all. The residents went normal people to drug dealers and gang members within months.
