when my sig. other and I first moved to Tucson, we went looking for apts. and liked Toscana Cove best of all we had seen. Adam (incompetent management) showed us a model apt. and it looked fine (should have insisted on seeing a real apt!). We got the deposit m.o. and went to the office. THEN they said since we are not married we had to go get another m.o. deposit!!! We signed the papers and Adam said we could move in the next day. Well, he gave us the run around for 2-3 days while we languished in a hotel. Then we talked to a bank official and she said to get our money back and live elsewhere. So we went to the office to demand our money back. He laughed at us for listening to a BANK OFFICIAL and said we could not live there and they never intended on letting us live there (after we signed the papers)!!!! They would not give our money back and threatened to call the cops on us if we stayed there demanding our money. We finally got a small portion of our money back 1-2 months later, after they conviently forgot to tell their sister apt. complex Meridian to give us a check!!!! Plus, we had requested the smallest apt. and after we signed the papers said it wasn't going to ready at the promised timedate and we'd have to get the next largermore expensive apt.!!! Adam's favorite phrase "oops, sorry guys!" Adam, I hope you are jobless and homeless cuz that's what you deserve! ya fat bastard..
