My son lived there while attending Pima Community College. My son then changed his mind an decided to join the Army. When he presented them a letter from his recruiter to terminate the lease under the provisions of the Soldier's and Sailor's Relief Act, they refused to teminate the lease. They were even presented with a copy of the Public law which was updated in 2003. They still refused and would not even talk about it. They also refused to talk to an Attorney from DM Air Force Base. Looks like we have a battle on our hands. Management is extremely stubborn and doesn't know the laws of this country. As a retired Army veteran, this behavior is disrespectful to both my self and soldiers presently serving our country. No American values here. Support our Troops is more than a bumper sticker.
